Internal IT Support Assistant (f/m/d) – Marginal Employment (Minijob)

Your mission

As part of our Internal IT team, you will support the operation and expansion of our internal IT infrastructure. You work hands-on with modern cloud and on-premises technologies and help keep our systems stable, secure and up to date.

  • Support the operation and administration of our Microsoft Azure environment
  • Assist with the administration of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 (incl. SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, user and license management)
  • Maintain Windows and Linux servers (updates, patches, monitoring)
  • Support the operation and expansion of our network infrastructure, including VPN
  • Provide 1st-level user support and set up workstations and devices for on- and offboarding
  • Maintain IT documentation and contribute to the further development of internal IT standards

Your profile

  • IT vocational training, a degree in an IT-related field, or strong IT affinity with first practical experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365
  • First experience with Windows and/or Linux servers
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Reliable, structured and service-oriented way of working
  • Good command of German and English
  • Bonus: experience with PowerShell, Bash or automation
