Your mission
  • Operational Support: assist with general back office and office administration duties.

  • Supplier Management: Coordinate and manage supplier documentation.

  • Accounting Prep: Perform preparatory tasks regarding invoices, receipts, and documentation for our tax consultants and bookkeeping.

  • Digital Filing: Structure and maintain digital filing systems in OneDrive and SharePoint.

  • Tracking: Follow up on orders, contracts, and status lists.

  • Organization: Handle general organizational tasks, such as scheduling and basic correspondence.

  • Process Support: Assist with internal administrative processes (e.g., contract routing, document review).

Your profile
  • Work Style: You have a structured, careful, and reliable way of working.

  • IT Skills: You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word, and have basic knowledge of Excel functions.

  • Language: You have a good command of German (spoken and written).

  • Personality: You have a friendly, professional appearance and a high level of trustworthiness when handling internal documents.

  • Experience: Experience in an office or administrative environment is an advantage, but not mandatory.

  • Digital Mindset: You are open to using digital tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, simple workflow applications).

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung im operativen Backoffice / Büro
  • Koordination und Verwaltung von Lieferantenunterlagen
  • Vorbereitende Tätigkeiten im Bereich Rechnungen, Belege und Dokumentation für Steuerberater und Buchhaltung
  • Strukturierung und Pflege digitaler Ablagen in OneDrive und SharePoint
  • Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen, Verträgen und Statuslisten
  • Allgemeine organisatorische Aufgaben wie Terminabstimmung und einfache Korrespondenz
  • Unterstützung bei internen Verwaltungsprozessen (z. B. Vertragsdurchlauf, Dokumentenprüfung)
Ihr Profil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Outlook, Word und einfache Excel-Funktionskenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten und hohe Vertrauenswürdigkeit im Umgang mit internen Unterlagen
  • Erfahrung im Büro oder administrativen Umfeld von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Offenheit für digitale Tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, einfache Workflow-Anwendungen)
