Operational Support: assist with general back office and office administration duties.
Supplier Management: Coordinate and manage supplier documentation.
Accounting Prep: Perform preparatory tasks regarding invoices, receipts, and documentation for our tax consultants and bookkeeping.
Digital Filing: Structure and maintain digital filing systems in OneDrive and SharePoint.
Tracking: Follow up on orders, contracts, and status lists.
Organization: Handle general organizational tasks, such as scheduling and basic correspondence.
Process Support: Assist with internal administrative processes (e.g., contract routing, document review).
